Dear Colleague
Further to the Branch Secretary Circular GC 49/11 dated 1 September 2011 I now enclose a supply of three separate leaflets which can be used to encourage members to vote “yes” in the forthcoming statutory industrial action ballot which commences on 30 September 2011.
NIPSA Branches should arrange for the leaflets to be distributed to members in line with the timetable laid down in the Branch Secretary Circular. For your information the timetable for distributing the leaflets is as follows:-

The leaflets will also be available for downloading on the NIPSA website www.nipsa.org.uk.
A further leaflet is also in the process of being produced and every member will also receive a copy of a special edition of NIPSA Reports in the week leading up to the commencement of the ballot.
