Libraries NI 2009 NJC Pay Increase: Correction

Libraries NI have confirmed approval has been granted to pay 2009 pay increases.

Further to NIPSA Bulletin PO-01-10, I wish to advise that Libraries NI have advised they are not able to pay the new rates in January 2010 and are aiming to pay the new rates and arrears in February 2010.
