NIPSA is proud to stand in solidarity with our LGBTQI+ members, colleagues and communities by participating in Pride events right across Northern Ireland this summer.

In line with our core values—promoting equality of opportunity and developing positive policies for all - we are delighted to support Pride celebrations from June through August 2026. These events are an important opportunity to celebrate diversity, visibility and inclusion, while reaffirming our commitment to equality in the workplace and beyond.

We enthusiastically encourage all members, branches, families and allies to come along, take part, and show their support.
